Mix together 3 tbsp Molto Bene Secret Sauce with 2 tbsp oil. Cover 3-5 chicken breasts and marinate in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Cook in frying pan until done. Super simple and delicious!

Risotto:
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, diced
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup rice
- 4 cups Vegetable Bouillon, prepared and kept warm in the 8-cup Multi-Purpose Pot
Method
- Heat oil & butter
- Cook onion and garlic until translucent (about 5 minutes)
- Add mushroom and cook 3-5 minutes more. Add parsley and wine; let reduce
- Add rice and stir to coat with all the yumminess
- Slowly add the hot broth (about a ladle's worth at a time). Stir constantly until the liquid has been absorbed. Repeat until all the broth has been added and absorbed. This takes at least 30 minutes until you get creamy, delicious risotto.
- Add some parmesan if you like as a finishing touch. A dash of pepper would be great too.
