I haven't posted in a number of months, as a big change at work has kept me rather busy. As things start to slow down for the summer months, and I get ready to transition into yet another new work role, I wanted to carve out the time to start blogging again. I stay with Epicure for a number of reasons:
- Epicure's continued commitment to non-GMO products.
- The high quality and excellent flavours. Simply put, I am a better cook with Epicure's ingredients.
- The financial benefits of having a small business.
- The opportunity to give back to my community through my business.
- The fun I have at cooking classes!
- The opportunity to promote myself within my business, should I choose to.
I'll have a bunch of summer recipes posted soon. In the meantime, check out some old favourites of mine:
- Yakitori
- Pecan & Pear Salad - oh so pretty
- Layered chicken salad - make sure you use a glass bowl for this one
- Coconut shrimp soup - photo below
Thanks for reading! If you are interested in finding out more about whether Epicure would be a good business move for you, I'm always happy to chat.
