DRESSING:
In a blender, mix together:
In a 400 degree oven, roast sweet potato and carrot for 15-20 minutes. These will form the base of your nourish bowl.
Prepare your other nourish bowl ingredients (spinach, peppers, lentils or chickpeas, tomatoes, red onion). Heat 1 tbsp grapeseed oil in a frying pan. Add the onion and saute until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add the peppers and tomatoes and saute for a few more minutes. Stir in the spinach and chickpeas.
Add the dressing to the frying pan mix and cook a couple of minutes on low heat. Serve and enjoy!

- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Garlic Onion Nutritional Yeast Sprinkle
- 3 tbsp grapeseed oil
