Dinner tonight was based on a favourite from #WhitewaterCooks with Friends.
In Everything Pan:
* Hydrate 2 tbsp Little Italy Secret Sauce in 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup oil, add to pan at medium heat
* Saute 1/2 onion in Little Italy until onions are soft
* Add 1-2 cups cubed chicken and 2 tbsp hydrated preserved black beans; saute
* Add two diced tomatoes and continue to cook until flavours are well combined.
* Add cooked pasta (we use GF) to the Everything Pan and mix to combine. Pour into serving dish; add sliced lettuce and chopped basil; garnish with asiago and/or Parmesan cheese. Pour a glass of wine and enjoy!
