As I write this, I have three baking sheets full of Roma tomatoes, tossed in oil & Little Italy Secret Sauce, roasting in the oven. I have diced onions (tossed in the leftover oil & secret sauce) sautéing on the stovetop, as well as sun-dried tomatoes reconstituting in some homemade chicken broth on low heat. I can't wait to throw all these ingredients together to make more tomato sauce for this winter!
