Salad dressing:
Slice a couple of cucumbers using either the mandolin or the ceramic peeler; let rest in dressing for at least 15 minutes. Just before serving, add cubed nectarines.
- BBQ'ed pork skewers marinated in "Yes Yakitori"
- Cucumber, pepper, and nectarine salad
- Snow peas & carrots (sauteed)
- Wasabi ginger aioli
- Rice

- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp Gomasio Sansel
