I felt like having something a bit spicy tonight, so Tandoori Potatoes was the main dish (along with some fresh veggies and a quick lentil curry).
- Cube 6-7 peeled potatoes
- In your Everything Pan (or a large frying pan), pour 4 tbsp good quality oil (I used olive oil) and heat for a minute or two on high heat
- Add potatoes
- Sprinkle with 2 tsp Fine Herbes and 2 tsp Tandoori (I think I will add some garlic next time as well)
- Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes or so. (I added about 1/4 cup of water at the 10-minute mark)
