There is nothing better than fresh spinach from the farmers' market, topped with sliced mushrooms, hard-boiled eggs, and bacon (cooked in the awesome Epicure steamer). Here's an easy dressing to top the salad:
Sprinkle more Smoky Bacon Topper on the eggs for the finishing touch.
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp Epicure's Sweet & Spicy Mustard
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (I used grapeseed oil)
- 1-2 tsp Epicure' Smoky Bacon Topper
