I love summer with all the delicious colours and flavours that seem to be so much more easily accessible.
- Mix up Epicure's Balsamic Vinegar Dressing
- Cube a small amount (say 2 cups maximum) pork tenderloin and quickly cook in frying pan or wok.
- Assemble salads - salad greens, brie, pork, raspberries, and/or blackberries.
- Drizzle plates with dressing
- Enjoy!
