Step One - place chunks of mozzarella or boccocino in the serving dish. Cook pasta, drain, and place on top of the cheese to start the melting magic.

Step Two - Add chopped basil and diced luscious tomatoes (if you like, put the cut-up tomatoes in a colander with some Herbed Garlic salt for about 10 minutes)
Step Three - Hydrate 2 tbsp Little Italy Secret Sauce in 1/4 cup water and 1/4 oil. Mix all the flavours together. Buon appetito!!
