* Six chicken breasts - lay out on your work surface
* Sprinkle each breast generously with Sage & Apple Seasoning
* Wrap each with a slice of prosciutto and skewer with a toothpick to secure
* Braise in Epicure's Everything Pan (see photo below)
* Transfer Everything Pan to 350 degree oven and cook about 20 minutes
* Remove from Pan, slice thinly and place on pasta (see recipe below)
* Return Pan to the stovetop and pour in 1/4 to 1/2 cup of red wine (have a sip or two yourself first)
* Deglaze the pan and pour the glaze over the chicken
Little Italy Pasta
* Hydrate 2 tbsp Little Italy Secret Sauce in 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup oil. Pour into saucepan and heat briefly. Add vegetables and cook until they start to soften.
* Add 1-2 cups good quality spaghetti sauce (I can my own)
* Add 1 cup cream if desired
* Toss with pasta
