- Peel, core, and slice as many apples as you need to fill your baking dish to capacity. Toss with lemon juice.
- In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 2 tsp Apple Pie Spice. Toss with the apples and place into a greased dish.
- Melt 1/3 cup margarine. Add to 2 cups rolled oats, 1/4 cup brown sugar (or more), and another tsp. of Apple Pie Spice
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
- Top with ice cream unless you can resist!
