My family (with the exception of one) loves brussel sprouts, no matter how I make them. But, as almost everything is better with bacon, this is one of the favourite variations.
Ingredients:
Place the brussel sprouts on a cookie sheet as you wash and trim them. Then, pour over the oil and syrup and use your hands to mix well. Add salt and pepper (I like about 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper). Add bacon to the pan and pop in a 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes.

- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- Epicure salt & pepper
- 5 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
